Qotana RF MMIC fixed attenuators are manufactured using a highly reliable, repeatable GaAs MMIC process, spanning frequency coverage from DC-40GHz and DC-65GHz. Featuring high linearity and exceptional maximum junction temperature capability, our attenuators are available in single- and multi-channel configurations, and offer surface-mount QFN packaging available upon request.
